Information we collect
The name, phone number, email address and message you provide through our contact form. Bookings are taken on an external booking site (reservia), and information entered there is handled according to that site's policy.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of that correspondence. We will not use it for any other purpose or provide it to third parties without your consent (except where required by law).
How long we keep it
We keep it for one year after we finish responding to your inquiry, then delete it.
Outsourcing
Form submissions are sent and received using a system provided by the company we've contracted to build and maintain our website. We do not allow this contractor to use the information beyond this purpose.
Cookies & analytics
We currently don't use cookies for advertising or tracking. If we introduce analytics, we'll announce it on this page.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, suspension of its use, or withdrawal of your consent. Please contact us using the details below. You may also file a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
How we keep it safe
Communications are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to information is limited to those who need it.
